BviaL is an open repository for digital documents of diverse typology, that combines a thematic and institutional information focus on the area of Public Works and Infrastructures. Bvial is a site where the administration supports the open access and offers the users institutional information, (own produced documents), as well as other information about public works digital resources. BViaL also offers to the professionals of the area of the public works the possibility to preserve their documents and to increase the diffusion and dissemination of their technical and scientific production.
